User Experience Design Class: Final Project
CheepBooks
For this Project, my team and I were tasked with bringing to life an app that solves a problem in the market and provides better solutions than its competitors. To that end, we decided that as college students, it'd be best to tackle the problem of providing the best prices of text books to our users.

The idea behind CheepBooks was to provide an aggregatory service for the user, to have a one-stop shop at their disposal to compare prices across multiple textbook providers.

This platform functions as a 3rd party host for textbook distributors and as a convenient place for students and teachers to find books to use for their classes at the best prices we could find.

Throughout the lifespan of the project, we had users from our target demographic (college students) test our product at various stages to point our team in the right direction.

Using this valuable testing and input, we were able to tailor the user experience to better suit our target demographic and provide a better product.

During User Testing, we were also taking inventory of our competitors features, what they offer, and how we can do better. This Research combined with the data from the users, helped us to iterate on our design and slowly build a brainstorm into a product.

The transition from low fidelity wireframe to a high fidelity functional prototype was the main focus of the class this project took place in, and it was an invaluable learning experience for my team and I.
